Yes, i agree.  i clicked the email as soon as it came in and quite a few of the items were already full.

it's digital, not limited by classroom space, open up to everyone who wants to participate in a session.

Hi - only the live sessions have capacities. The labs are capped so that we can deliver a great experience to those that have registered for them. When agenda builder launched today, we offered more viewing options for the live labs that we had seats for the physical event in Orlando. Since Knowledge is a free six week event, the interest was great.

The on-demand labs will offer the lab instance which means that you can follow the guide/recording and get same outcome as attending a live lab.  Thanks

Didn't even get any mail about having to sign-up for agendas, just heard about this from my colleagues. I can't even navigate on the homepage. If I don't get logged-out, I just get blank pages or error codes. Not a great Digital Experience for me so far...

I've been unable to even TRY to create an agenda. Every time I did yesterday I got a "events.servicenow.com says undefined" message. When I try today it keeps looping me back to the registration screen.

I think the issue is that we have to think of this digital conference in a completely different way than we are used too.  But unless I missed it ServiceNow hasn't done a good job of explaining that and the agenda builder tool (not a fan of) acts like it's an in person conference.  The perfect example is that all of the live sessions are already full and it's not clear that we can watch again later.

I do appreciate the work they are putting into making this free but it might have been better to delay the launch to work out the kinks more.
