if this is a virtual conference, why do all the agenda items come up as Full/Waitlist full?

Yes, i agree. i clicked the email as soon as it came in and quite a few of the items were already full.
it's digital, not limited by classroom space, open up to everyone who wants to participate in a session.

If every single one of them is instantly full, then for the majority of us, there might as well not be any digital conference. We are locked out.
I appreciate that this is difficult and new to implement, but when you can't get into anything at all?

Hi - the Labs are capped at 150 attendees so that we can provide the best experience possible. All of the labs will be available for on-demand viewing in week 2. These are available to all who have registered, no limits on views. The on-demand labs will offer the lab instance which means that you can follow the guide/recording and get same outcome as attending a live lab.
When agenda builder launched this week we offered more viewing options for the live labs that we had seats for the physical event in Orlando. Since Knowledge is a free six week event, the interest was great. We will be releasing 100s of hours of programming over the next six weeks. Thanks

It's helpful to know that the onDemand will have the lab instance. That was always an issue I had trying to use the content from other years after the conference was over. We didn't have what we needed to be able to actually perform the lab at home.
So if that's the case, I am fine with onDemand.
Thanks,
Shannon

Hi everyone,
We will be sending out more information today that will help provide more context and information for the whole digital experience and I hope that will be helpful for you. For the labs, these are instructor-led sessions with very limited capacity. However, if a lab is full or you are unable to attend, they will be available on-demand shortly after. This will be a new experience from our onsite event, but we hope that you will still be able to take advantage of all the great content at no charge and at your convenience.
Until then, you are welcome to visit nowlearning.servicenow.com where you can dive into all sorts of great on-demand training content today.
Our first week of content will go live on May 5 at 8:00 am PT. Hope you will join us then.
Thank you!
Jennifer
