Is there a way to get on a waiting list for a full session?

I managed to miss the announcement that the scheduler was live and the only pre-conference training that i really wanted, PCTT2020 SERVICE PORTAL ADVANCED (2-DAY COURSE; MAY 6 - MAY 7), was already full by the time I got there.  Is there any chance that it will be expanded and/or is there a waiting list in case folk cancel or change their minds?
