Knowledge 24 - Proposal Not Accepted Comms

Hello!

I see that the catalog has been posted on the Knowledge site, and I'm wondering if communications will be sent out to those of us not selected. If so, will that potentially include a discount code for attendance since I'm certain many of us missed out on Early Bird pricing as we awaited word on whether we'd be speaking or not.

Thanks for reaching out! You hit the nail right on the head. Any submissions that are not selected will have their speakers offered an early bird discount code to account for the time spent waiting on a response.

Communications will go out at the end of the week.

Thanks, Enrique! I just got the email that I'm not speaking, but could something be done about how the email previews?

Seeing that pop up only to have the email say something completely different is a less than stellar experience.

Wow, thank you for calling that out! So sorry if there was any confusion from the email preview.

 

I looked it into it and it appears to be a bug in the HTML that we were unaware of. Old text that didn't appear in our testing, and is difficult to replicate. We will be updating the HTML of our emails so it doesn't happen again.

 

Which email application are you using? Would appreciate the info so we can further look into how this occurred.
