Knowledge article template

Hi,

I'm currently in the process of re-vamping my company's knowledge articles with the hopes of making them more user and AI friendly. If anyone could share how they format a knowledge article template with these things in mind, it would be appreciated.

I don’t think there’s too much content, but the knowledge article is meant for AI use and its aligned application. Make sure to use simple and common words to improve searchability. Also, use the correct meta tags and structured data to make it easier to find. Avoid spelling mistakes to ensure better search accuracy.
