It is my first time at the Knowledge conference. Do you have any tips, tricks, or advice for newbies on how to get the most out of the Knowledge14 experience?

Hi Bianca!
I'll start with a basic one. Don't forget to bring your business cards. You might meet a fellow attendee or even a conference speaker you'd like to follow up with later, and having business cards to exchange makes that process easier. When someone gives me a card, I like to stash them inside my conference badge holder so I don't mix up my cards with the cards I receive.

Download Evernote on your phone and create a note with every phone number and email address you will need with one click and at a moment's notice during the conference! This saved me last year.

Even better... Evernote has an app called Hello that you can use to scan those business cards and automatically add them to your contacts and connect via LinkedIn. The free version only allows five card scans per month, though, so it will be really is to bump that ceiling at K14...

My suggestion would be to have a set agenda, but don't hesitate to move on to something else if the session is not what you thought it would be.
