Knowledge Article Rating logic

Hi everyone, Regarding the Knowledge Article 5 star Rating funciton, is this counting base on the user rating since the article is published? or it will be refreshed every 30 days similar with the view count? Thanks

Resolved! Lists and Filters​ Task

Hi,  In list and filter task, where I need to change the status to in progress for the priority 1-critical task, they are already labelled as in progress and even if I validate the task it is getting failed. Can you help on this. Thanks,Prathyusha.
