Last year we were able to download the lab materials prior to the conference. This year I haven't been able to find the material on the K16 site. Does anyone know if and when this will be made available?

Hi Cara,

I don't think there is anything to download. We are going back to hardcopy at K16 based on customer feedback.

I agree! Finally I got them for CMDB but for the Agile training we still did not get them 😞 And we where not allowed to make pictures of the slides during the training as they will give the slides etc.

This year pre-conference courses was a very bad one for me.. Not sure I will do it again next year..

I have been promising my management I would get the materials from pre-con so I can review with them. This was an important follow up from the conference. One of the suggestions from the 15PC29 Governing Servicenow presenters was to try to review the materials and get some of the initiatives started as soon as we got back from the conference while it was fresh. Is there any date set to when the materials will be sent so I can set expectations?
