Hello everyone,

I have my Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam scheduled for tomorrow and I'm looking for last-minute study tips and resources. Can anyone suggest:

- Key topics to focus on for the exam?
- Recommended study materials or resources (e.g. documentation, practice exams, online courses)?
- Any tips for managing time effectively during the exam?

I've already gone through the official ServiceNow documentation and training material, but any additional guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

Cleared CSA last week and here's what I can tell you,

1. Lots of questions from CMDB and Knowledge areas. Play around these topics in your PDI before you go in. Also I noticed more questions in Reports and Database Admin areas.

I went through videos for each of those topics in "servicenowsimple" youtube channel. They were godsent! videos are under 30 mins so 1.30 hrs on those videos for those subject areas will definitely give you confidence you need.

2. Managing time - You will get tough questions but do not spend more than 1.5 mins on a question, mark for review later and move on. First question I got I had no idea and quick moved on. Once you get to the end, review all marked items (I didn't double check any questions that I was sure on - which I didn't mark) and complete few cycles until you have a handful of toughies. You will know what to do with those by then.

++ If you went through ServiceNow material then you are set to take the exam. I took Udemy exams and found out their questions are so tough and did not resemble the true nature of the exam. But that helped me to study more which was a good thing lol

All the best!

Thank you for the feedback on Udemy test exams. I took a couple and thought, "wow! These questions are far more in depth than the actual training covered!" Test scheduled later this week!
