PAC stands for Product Advisory Council - annually, in Q4, your sales team can nominate you to serve as a member of a PAC and they only select a few participants. There are many different PACs, one for ITSM, one for ITOM, Asset, etc.
PAC Day is Monday, May 6 this year. All the PACs come together for a day before Knowledge starts. I don't know if there is a Creator Workflow PAC, I'm not aware of one. If you are a member of a PAC and haven't had your Q1 meeting yet or heard anything about PAC day, reach out to your PAC coordinator.
