Please help me to get CSA free Voucher

Hi All,
How i can get free voucher of CSA , I am from Infosys . if any one knows process please help me I want to complete CSA certification

CSA vouchers are not available for free to everyone. They are usually provided through official programs such as:

• RiseUp with ServiceNow initiative (limited-time campaigns, often region-specific).

• ServiceNow Partner organizations (like Infosys), where vouchers may be distributed internally if your company has a ServiceNow partnership agreement.

• Training and enablement programs (sometimes ServiceNow or your employer sponsors them).

👉 The best step is to check internally with your Infosys Learning & Development / Certification team — they usually manage voucher distribution for employees. If your company does not have an allocation, you would need to register and pay for the exam directly through Webassessor.

As you are working with Infosys and i believe infosys is servicenow partner. Ask your management to provide your servicenow partner portal access, create your account on partner portal and with same email id- login to Servicenow university account. All the trainings and vocuhers will be free for you in this case. [Without partner portal access- voucher will be paid].

Hi @varshithr ,

Please connect with your reporting manager  and create account in Partner Portal with Infosys email-id , Once account ready , please try to login ServiceNow University with the same email id , all ServiceNow training courses are free , after finishing courses you will eligible for vouchers. Definitely, voucher will free for Partner account and can appear for CSA, CAD, CIS exam.

Register for ServiceNow University using your Work email ID and register for Partner Portal account. Infosys are ServiceNow Partners and on completion of On-demand learning courses for CSA learning path, you will get a voucher that can be redeemed for free.
