I'd like to run a search for empty Configuration Item fields in one knowledge base. The goal is to find which articles lack CIs and then select the most appropriate one for it. This will help our Technical Support techs locate articles that might help them resolve customer issues. Some techs search using key words but many of the older ones prefer CIs.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?
