Hi,

Has anyone worked on servicenow -  microsoft project online integration ? Could any one suggest documentation links.

I know you can export from ServiceNow for MS Project import, and vice-versa too.  Never seen anyone who did an integration though.

Hi,

I export the PPM Projects, the exported file format is XML

I open Microsoft Project, choose the exported file after changing file type to XML

I maintain the dates, relationships then save the update MPP file

Then you can import the file, choose 'Calculation Type' as 'Manual update' to have full control 

That is how to manually export and import - not automated integrations
