SNOW TOOL issue

hello, @all

there is a survey pie in SNOW where the ratings are from 1-5 where 1-2=detractors, 3= passive and 4-5= promoters. 

but the problem is the value set in the pie was directly taken from another tool where ratings were from 1-10 where 1-4=detractors,5-6=passive and 7-10= promoters

as a result it messed up where 3 should show as passive are showing detractors and 4 should be promoters are showing detractors and same 5 should show promoters are showing passive.   

could you please help?

Based on what I read, you are talking about a survey report.

You might have to re-create the report from the correct survey table and the correct survey name to obtain the numbers you wish to see.
