Knowledge Article Rating logic

Hi everyone,

Regarding the Knowledge Article 5 star Rating funciton, is this counting base on the user rating since the article is published? or it will be refreshed every 30 days similar with the view count?

Hi,

From my understanding the rating is lifetime of the article. Not refreshed.

So it'll be the average of all ratings over the life of the article.
