Updated CreatorCon schedule

Apparently, the schedule for the CreatorCon keynote was updated along with some additional sessions added. Unfortunately, both the keynote and the first session interfere with the last session of Knowledge. Although I recognize the conflict, the scheduler will not let me schedule both the last session of Knowledge and the first session of CreatorCon. I don't want to miss either. Anyone else find themselves in this position this morning? Not sure what to do.

Hi Chad,

Sorry about the inconvenience that this may have caused - but I think we can help you get back to where you want to be. There is actually a rule within the schedule builder that prevents you placing a breakout or lab session on top of a keynote session ... but we have a workaround that you can use:

Simply remove the CreatorCon keynote from your agenda, and include the Knowledge sessions that you want to schedule. The next refresh of the schedule will then place the CreatorCon keynote back on your agenda - alongside the sessions that you had previously added. You see, while the session scheduler won't allow you to place breakouts or labs on top of a keynote, it WILL allow the placing of a keynote on top of sessions.

Its great to hear that there is so much content at Knowledge15 that you want to see - we look forward to seeing you there!

Cheers,
Craig

Craig,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the issue remains. I am trying to add 23LB07 at 1:30-3:30 on the 23rd, but I have 23CA02 starting at 3pm. I just don't see a way around this overlap. I think my plan will be to keep the 3pm and see if there is any standby seating for the 1:30. Realizing that I would have to leave early, I just don't want to miss either of these sessions, and believe me when I say I have gone over the whole schedule to see if there was any other way to fit these in. It seems like the CreatorCon sessions should have at least started after the last Knowledge sessions.

Regards,

Chad

I was able to add the Creator Con Keynote over a 1:30 Lab.   I agree that the Creator Con should be scheduled after the last session so we don't miss other content.
