When and where will the user conference content be available?

Same issue here....I just reported this error to our Account Manager since the presentations are key for getting the most of the event.

Hi Everyone, Thank you for your question! Access the Knowledge14 Exclusive Session Content is only available to Full Access Conference Registrants. Are you full access registrants and still having this issue? Email community@servicenow.com

Thank you Huong. I'm a Full Access Conferece Registrant, who happen to receive a message from ServiceNow offering the documention. See section below:

Reminders:




  • Wear your badge at all times. It's your ticket
    to everything from the conference floor to lunch.
  • For those attending lab sessions, make sure to
    bring your own laptop and power cord.
  • Breakout sessions are first come, first serve
    and will fill up quickly. Plan to arrive early.
  • You can download PDF copies of all
    presentations and lab guides from the ServiceNow Community if
    you are a full conference pass holder (you must be a member of the Community to
    access).
  • Lost something? Lost and found is located at
    the registration desk in Moscone West.

Hi Victor, If you just recently registered for the Community onsite, then it will take 24 hours for your account to sync up with the Knowledge spaces. Check back again either tonight or tomorrow morning.
