Where can I find the presentation materials from the ITSM roadmap breakout session, which took place on Wed. at 4:00 PM at K18?

My manager is asking me to find and download the presentation materials from a breakout session she attended called ITSM roadmap, and which session was held on Wednesday at 4:00 or 4:30 PM at K18. Can anyone point me to where that material is, or giving me that URL?
