Hi Rea and others,

The Knowledge16 presentations would be available at the On Demand Library and you need to be logged in to access them.

All presentations will be available post knowledge. We are in the process of making them available. Please check by the end of the week if they are not there already.

HI Gaiatri,

Using the main
search option (on the ServiceNow Community home page), I typed "Improving
Project outcomes at Weill Cornell Medicine with Service Now" and no results are shown.

I am not a
current ServiceNow customer. We are potential customers, but I did attend the
Knowledge16 conference. I attended the
Pre Conference and then Conference.

Hi Dennis.

Here's the link to the presentation Improving Project Outcomes at Weill Cornell Medicine with ServiceNow "ServiceNow" is a single word and doesn't have space in between, that's probably why your search didn't yield the result. Please check to make sure this is the case.

I just verified that you have the permissions to access the breakout presentations, so if you couldn't find this presentation in the On Demand Library, we need to investigate further. If at all you continue face such issues, please let me know.

I too am looking for presentations (e.g. Southwest Airlines) and am logged in however am not seeing anything.

Thoughts?
