My group was told material's would be available online. This was repeated by several presenters over the course of two days and I adjusted my note taking based on this. I was in Transform the Customer Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management and Field Service Management - PCW4530. I have searched the On Demand area and found nothing.   How do I go about accessing this material?
