Would a pre-conference Knowledge 2018 course prepare me for a certification exam?

I was wondering if the pre-conference training sessions are thorough enough where I could pass a certification test after taking one.  I am planning on taking the Application Development course and am hoping to take the test shortly after.  I appreciate any feedback!  Thanks!

The courses help a lot.  I also recommend reviewing all the courseware documentation provided because they do test on these items you might have skipped in class.  It will also help if you have practical knowledge in the subject matter you are taking.   Also look at the online documentation.

Mark makes great points. I'll chime in and add that the App Dev course is great prep for our Certified Application Developer exam. It's not the only resource that we recommend - I would first check out our exam blueprint here: Link to Blueprint

Please keep in mind that the PreCon course is a 2 day version of the 3 day App Dev course.
