Anyone implemented AI search on their knowledge Management portal? If yes how are the results?

How much tuning we need to do before we get to the right quality results.

We have done it with the help of our inhouse developed tool. Cant reveal the name of the tool but we have integrated knowledge articles with the help of ML and AI and it gives up results like ChatGPT gives..

We have it implemented. The majority of the tuning will be around synonyms. Other than that, it depends on how is your knowledge base structured (e.g., for us as certain users have access to the full database of knowledge, we had to boost the search results such that knowledge of their location appears first)
