User is the knowledge_manager for that knowledgebase

In search, user can “view” the article in “Review”

We would like them to get the Edit button or create a new button so the knowledge managers can look at the article directly to access the approval tab /feedback tab to see who the approval is pending or feedback tasks

I noticed knowledgebase owners do get the “Edit” button  and can then look the form of the article. We would like this for the Knowledge mangers as well .

We need the knowledge managers the ability to  view article  so they don’t need to search for it from the left nav “unpublished” menu.

Hi @JulietChicago 

First, it is not recommended for the owner or manager to use the portal to change or search for articles. Owners and managers should use the native view to search for the required articles. What you are sharing is out-of-the-box functionality, but it is not the recommended approach.
