Custom Sort Order for Knowledge Articles in Knowledge Search Page

Hi Forum,

I have a requirement to display knowledge articles in a specific order on the Knowledge Search page. How can I achieve this? I was able to remove/disable the widget that allows users to sort them based on Newest, Most Viewer, etc. I would like all the articles to always be displayed in the Alphabetical and ascending order. Let me know if there is an easy way to achieve this.

Hi Kim,

Nice question. We are trying to provide a guided article flow on our search page; all our article titles have numbers in them; so they will guide the user with the sequence in which they need to read the articles.
