I want to plug some Consortium for Service Innovation resources and events that are occurring on the topic of Knowledge Management and Generative AI. These resources are not specific to the ServiceNow Knowledge Management product but will provide a larger understanding of these technologies and practices with resources from thought leaders in the industry.
As we gear up to include Generative AI via Now Assist in our products, we'll provide information and resources specifically on how we've implemented Generative AI in ServiceNow, but I know this is a large subject that spans outside of our product on the platform.
