How to move multi-langual knowledge articles to another knowledgebase?

Our knowledge articles are written in Dutch and English (setup according to the best practice from ServiceNow).

When we want to move a knowledge article to another knowledge base, the Knowledge base field is greyed out.

When we try to move a knowledge article that is written in only English (in a knowledge base that is set to English only) to another knowledge base the field is editable.

Is it possible to move multi-language knowledge articles to another knowledgebase?
