Images are getting broken in Published state

Hello Team,
I have published a Knowledge Article with Attachements.

But in Workaround field I can see the Images are getting broken.
Please find the below screenshots:

If you compare the first and second screenshot You will find that the First image is cropped.

The full Image is not visible.
In Second Image The UI button(Follow, Update, Save is there).
But In the First Image in the workaround field(The image broke and only took Discuss Button and rest of the Part of the image broke)

And also All the attachments are not getting captured in the Workaround field

What type of field is Workaround field , is it image type or attachement type ?

Hi @sayan-ghosh , it looks like you are viewing the article in a form, and not in a portal view or something like that. Can you try changing the attributes of the image and set the width to 100%? That usually works because it tells the browser to use the whole width of the parent element, whether it's larger or smaller than the image itself.
