Knowledge Blocks and chatbots

Does anyone have experience using Knowledge Blocks with the Moveworks Chatbot?

 

We are about to enable this feature but want to know if Knowledge Blocks will prevent our bot from delivering content to appropriate audiences. We will be using it to recycle certain frequently used content and to limit access by geographic region such as Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) or Asia and Pacific (APAC).

 

Since some content will be hidden, will the bot be able to pick up what is needed and deliver it to the appropriate audience? If not, what did you do to resolve this issue?

The blocks have been delayed so the feature is still not active as of July 9, 2024. We also needed to create an approval workflow for them. For the time being, I'm using bookmarks added to the end of permalinks that take people to specific sections of other articles. I will be changing some of those sections into blocks.
