Hello everyone! I've posted the first Knowledge Management Academy session on the product hub. Unfortunately, I can't cross-post events between our product hub and discussions at the moment to display it on both due to technical limitations of the community and I don't want to duplicate due to impacting search results, so I'll blog here as they're available.

If you want to register for sessions see the Live On ServiceNow page: https://info.servicenow.com/LiveOnServiceNow-PlatformAcademies.html?cid=losn:com

Ashley,

I had a meeting conflict and missed Tuesday's academy. Do you know when the recording will be available either through Salesforce or YouTube?

Hi @Ashley Snyder I haven't been able to log into the Knowledge Academy presentations for months now. I'm not allowed to install the Zoom app on my computer, so I use the "join from your browser" option. I can join all other ServiceNow events, but for Knowledge Academy, I just get to the waiting room and sit. It will say, "waiting for the host to join" for an hour.
I don't use Zoom much and never as a presenter - is there possibly something that needs to be done from your end to let us in? I'm trying to login at 10am MST, which I believe should be correct, if the event time is still at 9am PST.

@Aerin today's academy session was cancelled. I received an email on 11/21 with the cancellation notice.

Thank you @Vickie Runyon ! That explains today.

This has been an issue for months now though, and I don't think they've all been cancelled?
