I am new to Knowledge management and have recently assumed the responsibility for a large number of knowledge bases and approximately 16,000 articles. I am looking to obtain some insight on knowledge management system best practice metrics/thresholds/targets for the overall health of the knowledge base. Example: Articles not used - Usage count. What would be the appropriate number for threshold of articles not used and in what time frame (12 months)?
