Role as KM Manager Cannot Delete KB Article in Draft Status

Hello all,
When we implemented ServiceNow about 3 years ago, many ServiceNow roles were not correctly assigned/ implemented in phase 1 of the implementation. So far I found I can't delete, update any KB articles in Draft status. Also, some features in Performance Analytics are not available to KM Manager, only for ServiceNow Admin. I was told that could be different role for Process Owner.
I'd like to know if anyone has seen something like this per role assignment? What's the best option to have some additional access without being a ServiceNow Admin?

HI,
there is the KM Admin role . I don't know if that will help with PA.
