Hi,
We want to use the Configuration item on some knowledge articles.
When we create customer knowledge template we can create new fields but we want to pull in our existing Configuration item field from CMDB.
Is there way to do this?

Yes it’s possible. I had it done in my knowledge base recently. There is an out of the box CMDB field I believe, but our developers did it so I can’t tell you much more about it.

Yes, we also had the CI field added to knowledge articles by our Developers and add it to each article to relate the information.
