Viewing knowledge feedback tasks

Today as knowledge admin I am unable to view a feedback task for an article.
- I can view the article and contribute to the knowledge base and update the article.
- I see the entry of the feedback in the Feedback table but the associated task I can not view .
- I noticed for that particular article there is a Can Read User criteria however I am knowledge admin so I should be able to view the feedback task as I am able to contribute to the article /knowledgebase and view the article.
- I am trying to understand why I as knowledge admin can not view the task as I have reports I run to monitor all feedback task across all knowledgebases.

Hi @JulietChicago ,
If you’re trying to view Knowledge Feedback Tasks in ServiceNow, here’s how you can do it:
Go to the Knowledge Management application in the left navigation.
Under oopen Feedback → you should see the Knowledge Feedback Tasks module.
This list shows all feedback items created when someone rates or leaves feedback on a Knowledge article.
open any record you can see

Hi,
Thanks for responding.
I can view feedback tasks in general however for some articles I can not view the feedback task as knowledge admin. Now the author /kb manager can view the feedback task. They give me the feedback task number and I am unable to view it but it does exist.

Is the KB that the article and KFT related to in a scoped application requiring additional roles?

Hello,
the knowledgebase and the knowledge article are in Global. (not in a scoped app). I can view the article and the corresponding entry in the feedback table but just not the KBT (feedback task).
