Views, list or report of KB views count by source

Hi,

 

I'm trying to get a report or list of KB view counts by source.

 

Our KBs can be viewed from our ESC portal, KB portal (SP), incident and native.

 

I'd like to be able to filter view count depending on where the KB was viewed.

 

I though crossing these 2 tables would do the trick, but it doesn't seem to have all the source details I need.

table: kb_use

table: ts_query_kb

Hi Atul,

yes, in my case it shows Portal wich refers to my KB portal (SP), but I can't get the ESC Portal counts.

 

And from my understanding, it show in the ts_query table only if the KB was a result of a search.

But I'm unsure about that last detail.

No, i just search LNG Test and no match but entry has been added. [Source_doc]
