1. The certifications ,the major implementations you have done so far. The things you have written in your resume.

2. The projects you have worked on.( problems and issues faced and you you cleared/solved it)

Problem solving skills is most demanded now so be good at that.

Try to give your best . No one knows ServiceNow 100% .

For 3+ experience folks, the expectation is if they are aware of basics of SN core capabilities as in which Business rule to use when, What are the GlideAjax calls, best practices in SN scripting etc.
There could be real -life use case thrown as well, how to validate past date? OR How to validate child records are closed before parent can be closed?

You might wanna mention:

  1. Modules you have worked with(ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Custom apps....)
  2. If you have worked with any kind of integrations.
  3. Your role in the project, what was the kind of project - DevOps/Implementation
  4. What are the other tools that you use in your day to day life like JIRA, Confluence, Miro etc.
  5. Certifications( If you don't have any, do mention your micro-certifications)
