Hi Jason, 

The link should take you to a Zoom Log In screen and once you sign it it will ask for a meeting passcode. Once you enter the passcode you will have access to the recording.

I just tried to view it as well and it doesn't prompt me for the passcode.  I get the same screenshot as Jason.
