Too many number of notifications and survey instances are generating instead of one.

I have created a Survey which should be triggered when a HR case is generated for a subject person and the subject person's contract start date is today then, the survey should be assigned to the subject person's manager and a linked notification should be sent to the manager. 

I have generated a trigger condition in survey definition which applies to Hr case table and user field(trigger field) is subject person's manager and condition is " subject person.contract start date on today". Apart from this i have created a notification which applies to assessment instance table  and sends notification to "assigned to". Condition in notification is " metric type is <name of assessment>".

While testing, I found that multiple number of notifications and multiple survey instances are getting generated on the date of subject person's contract start date on HR case. There must be only one notification and one survey instance for the manager. Please highlight the solution.

I guess trigger condition should be Subjectperson employment start date is today

Also you might have to update notification trigger condition.. can you pls share screenshot of notification when to send section?

Hi, 

To limit the notification per week, You can define the interval based on this config it will trigger the notification as well.
