how to report business elapsed time

Hi All , I need to report Business Elapsed time and I got it but if I want to export the information (number of tickets) are duplicate , any body know how can I export with the correct time?

If you export to excel, the time is in seconds. You'll have to run a formula to convert to hours. If you export to pdf, it should show correctly.

Thank you very much Michael, the thing is if I export my report in .xls or pdf all register's number are duplicate.. is that correct?

Are they duplicated in your report? Exporting shouldn't add data. Maybe you could include a screen shot of your report?
