MSP Instance Activation

Hello!!!

Hope you are doing well 😊

So one of our customers recently acquired ServiceNow through MSP from a partner. The partner contacted us because they have not received any email notification regarding the activation of the instance. In NowSupport I can see the name of the instance if I switch company and type the partner's name ,but there are "No instances found". Does anyone know who could the partner reach out to find the solution??

As you are an ServiceNow Employee you can check internally with the Account executive at your end, unfortunately in community we don't know your customer information.
