HI team,
Is there a concept of open and closed domain in Domain Separation? If yes, could someone please help me in understanding this?

Hi,
If you deactivate a domain, the instance deactivates all the companies of the domain.
If a company is desactivated, all users are locked out.
That is the only concept of "open and closed domain" as you say.

Hi Michael,
You have an "Active" checkbox on the domain table.

Hi ceulert,
Thank you for your response. Other than just active and inactive domains, there seems to be some concept of open and closed domain. I say this because in one my servicenow customer instance I see this Open and Closed Domains created and both are active. Unfortunately I don't have any implementation documentation.. So had asked this question in order to understand it better.
Regards,
Mahira
