What is Difference Between an MSP Instance and Stand Alone Domain Seperated Instance?

Hi All,

Is MSP instance and a Standalone instance with Domain Separation plugin activated Same? Or are there any differences between MSP instance and a Standalone instance with Domain Separation plugin activated.

MSP relates to term Managed Service Providers with an instance that is running domain separation. You either have Single Tenant or Domain Separation instance.

1) Is MSP instance and standalone Domain seperation instance is same in terms with functionality and pricing?



2) What is the technical term we call   an instance which is domain seperated or MSP instance ?



3) Single Tenant = Normal Standalone instance , MSP Instance   or Domain Seperation Instance = Multi Tenant?



4) Finally MSP Instance = Domain Seperation Instance, Is this statement correct?

1) No. You could have a domain separated instance but not be an MSP. ie Banking Industry. Pricing - that's something only your Sales Rep can answer.


2) Multi-tenant applies to domain separated instance
