Hi @Sarda702, that's a good question and I think the answer is: no one product in particular. This is more about ServiceNow pitching the breadth of what its platform can do for manufacturers.

As well as its manufacturing-specific modules (Operational Technology Manager, Manufacturing Process Manager, etc.) the links in this post also reference ServiceNow's solutions for related areas such as Connected Operations, along with how the platform can be used for processes like Manufacturing as a Service and Manufacturing Servitization.

And the links also reference digitization for manufacturing in general (e.g. IT/OT integration), along with the benefits of manufacturers integrating other parts of their businesses, such as CSM, HR and Supply Chain--obviously all solutions ServiceNow offers.
