Change in MS Teams Greetings with Topic Navigation Button "More Topics" and "Previous Topics"

Hi Team

We have completed the integration with MS Teams and VA. However after completing this integration we are seeing user interface as :-

and we would like to give "More Topics" and "Previous Topics" Navigation as buttons as per below screenshot(This is one of the option my client was able to get it online)
