Error messgae in change Request.

When i am saving change 

Change model cannot be modified for in progress Change Requests

above error message is coming.

Yes, when i saved any form on change request on new state this message comes and model type changes and after that when i open that from list view it works perfectly fine.

I'm going through the same error.
When I save a change, the Model [chg_model] field automatically changes to "emergency".

The business rule responsible for this log is: Read only Model when not initial state

However, this is not the biggest problem.

The real problem is: When I create a new change, the "model" field (chg_model) is changed to "emergency" on the server-side.

Please, was someone able to troubleshoot this error to help us?

Please try to disable all custom business rule because this issue occurs if any business rule fails to run
