I'm the Sr IT asset manager for St Jude and we're prepping for HAM implementation. For those who've done this, how did you prepare your teams regarding change management, process changes/updates, general education?
So far, we've done:
Team leads/manager have completed HAM Fundamentals.
Techs are or have taken the HAM Setup to Success Part 1 and 2.
All of us are or have watched the HAM Ranger series.
My leads and I will be going through the Guided HAM Setup.
We really want this to be a smooth implementation and our team to feel comfortable with it. Any advice or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @catwilliams
For this, I would recommend going to the ServiceNow Best Practice site and downloading the Asset → HAM Process Workshop deck.
In that deck, you will find detailed information about roles and responsibilities, which will help you define and structure your team effectively.
