Additional email recipients

Hello ServiceNow community,
Is there a way for a fulfillment team to send messages through ServiceNow to people in addition to the requestor? We had one of our larger service catalog clients ask this...they'd like the option to not only send messages to the requestor via Comments to Requestor, but they'd like to be able to loop in people on a project team, people in certain ServiceNow workgroups, etc. Currently they're just sending mail through Outlook, but they'd like to be able to manage all the notifications through ServiceNow.
The team wants the flexibility to add recipients on an as-needed basis, so writing something into the workflow won't work.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It allows you to send emails to anyone you'd like in ServiceNow.

If you ware wanting the same people each time and on each email, you could also add them to email template.
