Input form screens display inputs to allow your users to quickly enter information into mobile apps. Use input form screens to create or edit records, complete surveys, or any other situation where your users need to enter information. When building your input form screen, you can choose from several input types to give your users an easy intuitive experience for inputting information. In the example below, we show you how you can use reference inputs that references a field on a table to help your users quickly find what they need.
This is a misleading post. This is not using "dependent" inputs ---- like someone would be using in the fulfiller view with client scripts to filter the data. He makes no mention of the reference qualifier used by the tables that is actually doing the filter, he is just setting up attributes on inputs. But it doesn't seem like there is a way to filter an input by a previously selected input BEFORE you save the record.
