Creating a custom bubble like the Open Chat bubble?

Hello,

I would like to make a notification message bubble at the bottom right, just like the Agent Chat bubble that is already there. Ideally it would sit right above it and display a little message box/speech bubble kind of thing.

Is this possible? Is the Agent Chat bubble's CSS, HTML, etc handy for me to clone and customize?

I've attached two photos to this post. One before, one after to give an idea of what I'd like to accomplish.

Have you completed it? Could you add speech like bubble next to chat icon ?
