How to get database value of category which is dependent on Assignment Group into Input form screen

I have a requirement to Edit the existing Incident/Record. I am able to retrieve the Database value of Existing Record on the Record Screen but unable to retrieve the same into the Input Form Screen when Editing.

Record Screen for Displaying Data:

Input Form Screen for Editing the Existing Record:

Sub Category is Dependent on Category field and Category is Dependent on Assignment Group field.
