HGC Technologies is expanding again In Quebec! We are looking for 25 ServiceNow #Experts to join our Team in Quebec.

As a reputable ServiceNow ® Partner based in Montreal, we design and build innovative solutions to ensure our clients obtain the value they seek from their ServiceNow ® investments. The mentioned services are tailored to each client's unique requirements.
We are able to do so through lessons learned and keeping abreast at industry best practices, by being extremely active in the ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM community. Our technical expertise and capabilities cover the following aspect of all services delivered: project lifecycle, strategic planning, enterprise architecture, process integrations, application development, program governance, and ServiceNow ® maintenance and support — all supported by our recognized IT management and governance practices.
Preferred Skills
- Thorough understanding of ITSM and experience in IT Service Delivery
- Ability to execute given assignments in a self-directed manner, takes ownership
- Strives for simplicity in application administration process
- Able to apply well-defined and disciplined development, implementation, and production processes
- Experience designing, deploying, and testing enterprise level IT Service Management solutions
- Knowledge of Active Directory, and relevant IT architecture experience
- Experience with Enterprise Software Administration, relational databases, firewalls, database administration, system integration and report writer tools
- Experience using JavaScript, HTML and Jelly, Python, Perl, VB, Shell script, XML desired
- Working knowledge of Java/J2EE, SMTP, HTML, XHTML, networks, Internet protocol, email systems, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO authentication, web technologies and web design
Expected Tasks:
- Provide technical configuration management support for ServiceNow
- Assist in extracting information from various data sources using SQL, Web services or scripts.
- Create integrations, and applications in the ServiceNow platform
- Contribute and maintain to integrations created on the ServiceNow platform
- Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
- Develop workflows, business rules and/or any related client/server scripts
- Assist the ITSM administration team with any additional development needs
- Configure the roles and access rights required for the solution
- Configure/Customize the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows, business rules
- Create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation.
- Maintain and support ServiceNow operational functions; monitoring health, usage and overall compliance of the application
- Deploy new releases and/or enhancements into the ServiceNow live environment; quickly ascertaining the needs of the customer
- Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service
- Uses scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate rote tasks and/or any workflow
